Privacy policy
YOUR INFORMATION.
HANDLED WITH CARE.
This policy describes the built-in Riley Kittle website tools and inquiry handling. Updated October 18, 2026.
INQUIRY INFORMATION
A submitted inquiry may include your name, email, optional organization, inquiry type, message, and permission to respond. On the WordPress edition, submitted inquiries are stored privately for the site administrator. A notification is attempted through the configured email service. A message does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
LOCAL INQUIRY BRIEFS
The hosted edition offers an inquiry-brief generator instead of message delivery. It clearly labels the action as a download. That tool does not send your entries to Riley’s team; the text stays in your browser until you copy it, download it, or choose to share it yourself.
PARTNERSHIP PLANNER
The planner runs in your browser. It produces an outline and can pass your selected business focus, activities, and timing to the contact page in the URL. Do not put sensitive information in a URL. The planner does not create a booking or contract.
HOSTING, EMAIL & COOKIES
The website host may process connection details and ordinary server logs. When a form is submitted on the WordPress edition, the host and configured email service may process the message to operate the inquiry workflow. The built-in site adds no analytics, advertising pixels, remote fonts, or marketing cookies. WordPress, the host, administrator logins, or other installed services may use their own cookies and logs.
The WordPress form uses a short-lived request counter keyed to a salted hash derived from the connection IP address for spam protection. The plugin does not put a raw IP address in the inquiry record.
RETENTION & REQUESTS
Saved WordPress inquiries are available to authorized administrators. Scheduled cleanup targets records older than 180 days when the host runs WordPress scheduled tasks. Backups, host logs, and emails may follow different retention periods. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the inquiry channel associated with the site; verification of your email or identity may be needed. A downloaded local brief is under your control, including where you save or share it.
YOUNG VISITORS
The inquiry tools are intended for people age 13 and older. A parent, guardian, or coach should handle younger readers’ requests. Do not send sensitive information about a child.
CHANGES & QUESTIONS
The site operator should update this policy when adding different services, analytics, data uses, or delivery providers. Contact the site operator through the current inquiry channel for privacy questions.
